During her intemship, | observed her work and found her to be a very dedicated and hardworking inter. ‘Ms, Annis came on as anintem at Bethany Christian Services this past winter and met of exceeded all of my expectations. She was knowledgeable about foster care and foster cate adoption and, :hrough her experiential and clinical insights, proved to be a valuable team member. Ms. Annis shared valuable information during team meetings and responded well fo constructive criticism and feedback. She was eager to be challenged and wilingly accepted additional responsibilities. She was on time each day, putin non-traditional work hours, and never missed an unapproved work day. During her short time with Bethany, Ms. Annis faciitated training on behavior management for foster and adoptive parents, participated in all aspects of a variety of, ceases, gained experience writing reports and case plans, assisted in planning and facilitating trainings and events, maintained a social networking site for post adoptive parents, and supervised parenting time vist for children in foster care.
