There are 3 ways to view the questionnaire.

1. Before passing the quiz first way: click on the 'Print' link in your Shop Log. This will open the
questionnaire in it's original language (often english).

2. Before passing the quiz second way: click on View/Sumbit in your Shop Log to open the
Quiz pop up window. In this window select the language in the pulldownmenu and click on the
'Print Version of Shop' to view the questionnaire in the selected language.

3. Click on View/Submit in your Shop Log and pass for the quiz (at this stage you should
already have used method 1 or 2 to view the questionnaire in order to answer correctly
on questionnaire based questions). Insert the code in the Quiz pop up window and a
valid planning date and submit.
