We understand from you that your child consumed product and found it unacceptable. Your concerns were shared with our manufacturing facility in Singapore who has initiated a detailed analysis on the batch - 26197GJ. A complete batch review shows that there were no unusual circumstances surrounding the production of reported batch. All in-process and finished product lab tests including flavor, aroma and microbiological testing have met acceptable requirements. The review of packaging records at our packaging facility for these batches also does not show any issue that could contribute to above circumstances. ‘We would also like to highlight that the product contains natural oils which are used to provide long chain fatty acids to the consumers. As fat oxidation can occur due to exposure to air resulting in off odor product, our packaging materials are specially designed to minimize the exposure of the product to air and moisture. We recommend consumption of the product within the time frame allowed on the label and cover the jar after each preparation to prevent excess contact with air and moisture which may lead to off odor product.
