STUDENT SECTION
I... Agree with the evaluation.
Comments:
Interning at Bridging Communities is giving me the opportunity to examine daily operations in a
social work setting. The Director is accessible for question and concerns. She offers her attention
and help on a regular basis. The atmosphere of the agency is focused, alert and hard working. I
feel my verbal communication skills have improved along with my interaction skills. This is due
to working with other interns and becoming efficient in what I am learning.
*Please note: By typing my name below, I certify that I have reviewed the document, completed
my portion and agree with the content.
By signing you will submit Midterm FIASC information to the assigned faculty advisor from the
Wayne State University School of Social Work. Once the form is completed you will not be able
to modify your responses.
