UPLOADING AND CLEARING THE LANGUAGE PACK ON THE D-LINK DIR-600 WIRELESS ROUTER

Carry out the following procedure to change the language of the user interface o
n your D-Link DIR-600 Wireless Router:
1. Insert the Language Pack CD into your computer.
2. Log into the Router using your user name and password.
3. Click the Maintenance tab at the top of the window.
4. Click the Firmware Update link on the left hand side of the window.
5. The Firmware Update settings will display. Scroll down to the Language Pack
Upgrade section and click the Browse button.
6. A window will open, allowing you to choose the language pack.
7. Browse to the Language Pack CD.
8. Click the language you want to use for the DIR-600 Wireless Router interface
and click the Open button.
9. Click the Upload button in the Language Pack Upgrade section to start the La
nguage Pack upgrade.
10. A countdown timer will appear on the screen indicating the length of time th
e Language Pack will take to install.
NOTE: DO NOT POWER OFF THE ROUTER WHILE THE LANGUAGE PACK IS INSTALLING.
11. After the Language Pack has finished installing, the Router login screen wil
l display in the language you just installed.
12. Log into the DIR-600 Wireless Router using your user name and password.
13. All menus in the Router interface will now appear in the chosen language.
Carry out the following procedure to remove the language pack from your D-Link D
IR-600 Wireless Router:
1. Log into the DIR-600 Wireless Router using your user name and password.
2. Click the Maintenance tab at the top of the window.
3. Click the Save and Restore link on the left hand side of the window.
4. Click the Clear button next to the Clear Language Pack option.
5. A dialog box appears asking if you want to clear the language pack. Click th
e OK button to clear the language pack.
6. The screen will display a message to indicate that the settings are being ap
plied to the Router.
NOTE: DO NOT POWER OFF THE ROUTER WHILE THE DEFAULT SETTINGS ARE BEING APPLI
ED.
7. After the Language Pack has been cleared on Router, all menus on the Router
interface will revert back to the default language settings.
