Professional Work Experience

Assistant Manager
Local Airbnb - Denver, Colorado.
June 2014 - June 2015
I was responsible for landscaping, house upkeep, maintenance, personal
information, and financial advisor. I would manage the house gardens and
lawn making sure that plants and vegetation during the seasons were edible
and ripe. I would fix any industrial problems such as plumbing and heating. I
would oversee the customers need and requirements for a great experience
and determine the correct price for that individual.
Assistant Cook
Lady Falconburgh's - Durango, Colorado.
June 2013 - June 2014
I was responsible for preparing sauces and preparing plates with garnishes
and toppings. I would receive tickets and be responsible for calling on cooks
to start cooking items. When items on tickets were ready I would put the
sauces and garnish on the plate and give the prepared orders to the servers.
Server
Applebee's restaurant
June 2012 - December 2012
I was responsible for making the guest feel comfortable. I would take their
order and give it to either the bartender or the kitchen cooks and wait until
the guests drink and meal was prepared. While the guests were dining I
would check back with them to make sure everything was up to their
standards. Upon completion of the dining experience I would present them
with a check and be their cashier.
