16 Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a petition for writ of habeas
17 corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner has paid the required filing fee.
19 County Superior Court on June 23, 2004. Petitioner is raising one issue presented to the state
20 courts on direct appeal. Since petitioner may be entitled to relief if the claimed violation of
21 constitutional rights is proved, respondent will be directed to file a response to the petition.

25 shall be accompanied by all transcripts and other documents relevant to the issues presented in

7 4. The Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order together with a copy of
8 petitioner’s September 5, 2006 petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254
