Re: PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Your real estate property containing an area of 2,000 square
meters more or less , covered with TCT No. 115910 issued by the
Register of Deeds of Trece Martirez City, Cavite, shall be paid
under the herein propose terms and conditions, to wit:
1. For Lots containing 200 sq. meters and 350 sq. meters, or
say total of 550 sq. meters.. cost is Php 1.155 Million .. The
original downpayment Php 1.0M + payment of Php 0.155M
shall settle this item;
2. For the Remaining Lots containing 150 sq. meters (right of
way) and 1300 sq. meters.. total area is 1,450 sq. meters..
cost is Php Php 3.045 Million..
3. Penalty shall apply while we are awaiting availability of fund
next April 2016 which shall be Php 15K in the first six months
and Php 30K on the second six months.
4. Processing of documents for item 1 (550 sq. meters) shall
proceed while awaiting fund. Survey and subdivision plans
including payment of below items;
a) Real estate tax;
b) Transfer tax
5. That Sps. Edwin and Ma. Leonora Catindig/owner of the front
lot will provide for the agreed right of way which will be
specified on the TCT as per attached subdivision plan.
