It is with a great honor that I, Ahmad Fadhli, previously was an OCP of Global Language Course
2014 in AIESEC UNAND, previous Corporate Development Manager of ICX GIP 2011/2012, to
write this letter and give endorsement to, Atikka Thanioka for her application as Intern
Development Manager of iGCDP in AIESEC UNAND for term 2015/2016.
I know her since she was applying to become a new member in AIESEC Unand who was me as
the Focus Group Discussion conductor of her and she already shows to me that her passion is in
incoming exchange and interacts with interns. I can see that she has a great willingness about
exchange especially incoming exchange, she has good interact with other people and has effort
to do more since I saw her as an OC Selection and Learning of ILEA. She can catch up the
knowledge and learning experience from others. She has ability and great effort to do her duties.
Those, as a member who wants to take the higher responsibility, I view this opportunity as a
great challenge for her to struggle in and fulfill the AIESEC Experience stages as AIESEC corework. I believe with her passion and eagerness to grow, Atikka is suitable and highly
recommended candidate as Intern Development Manager of iGCDP in AIESEC UNAND be
better for the next term 2015/2016.
