Garam Masala = Elachi ( 10 to 15 ), Launge ( 10 ) , Dalchini ( 8) ( Grind it) 10. Whole Garam Masala = Shajira ( 2 spoons ), Elachi (5), Launge ( 5) ,Dalchini ( 3) 11. 4 ( Medium Spoon) oil Preparation : 1. Wash basmati 30 mins before start cooking. Soke it 2. Clean Pudina, Daniya and green Chillies and add salt and grind them. 3. Wash mutton nicely and add this mixture, curd and garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste 4. Add 5 spoons of milk, pinch of hinge and salt to taste. 5. Let it get socked for 30 mins. 6. Take a big vessel, add oil on stove 7. As oil get heated put onions, whole garam masala and if needed slit 2 green chilles 8. Fry it for sometime like brownish color and add 1 to 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste. 9. Add all the socked mutton add 1 to 2 tsp of red chiily powder. 10. Cook it on the sim till the mutton get soft, keep on stiring it 11. When you feel that mutton is cooked and add 7 glasses of water and put the rice and stir it properly and add little bit of salt 12. Close the lid and cook it on the sim. 13. Dont stir offtenly and see rice is cooked and biryani is reaady
