Four Hundred Smiles POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

1.) To be member of Four Hundred Smiles, one must be able to fully understand how the
group matrix works. Dont just pay or register without understanding and or clarifying
things first to prevent confusions and future problems. This group policies and
regulations shall be fully explained to each member and new members and each shall be
required to sign the part of the membership/ registration form which shall state that
these are well explained and agreed upon by the parties (recruiter, recruits and
administrators)
2.) Fill out the membership/ registration form and pay the registration fee is P400.00 and
that entitles the payee to be part of the group, receive updates and cash out once the
table or the board has been fully completed and the said member is on the Level 4 of
the matrix and has recruited 2 other persons.

3.) Recruitment of two (2) other people is mandatory and required for a member to be
able to receive his/her cash out of P3, 000.
Note: The cash out (P3, 000) is subject to changes when all the needed permits
and licenses have been duly complied with by the group.
4.) In case where the member have reached level 4 and exited WITHOUT MEETING THE 2
RECRUITS and this too shall if such member ONLY has ONE (1) recruit as mandated in
this policy, there shall be an automatic deduction of P1000 from his/her cash out, hence
he/she will receive only the amount of P2000. From said deduction he/she will be
entitled to re-enter the group using his/her name or may opt to name it for another
person. P400 from the said deduction shall be used also to open another account of
which it shall be named after the top performer (a member who has recruited the most
number of people) for free and shall serve as his/her bonus. The remaining P200 shall
be given to the administrators of the group as contingency fund.
5.) Cut off for pay-ins is every 5:00PM, Mondays to Saturdays. Once pay-ins has been tallied
it shall be arranged according to date and time of each pay in and will be encoded in the
group tables. If your pay-ins is beyond 5:00PM, it will be included for the pay-ins of the
next day, but will be arranged also according to date and time, so it your pay-ins will be
prioritized for the next days list.
Note: We shall strictly impose FIRST PAY-IN, FIRST ENCODE, FIRST EXIT Policy.
6.) Posting and updating of the list of new members will be done every night from 10:0012:00PM or depending on the availability of the administrators and other factors such
as power failure and poor internet connections. It will be posted on our site and or any

other website provided and used by the administrators. Rest assured that all members
will be listed according to our first pay-in policy.
7.) Posting and updating of the tables or boards will be done every Monday, Wednesday
and Friday from10:00-12:00PM or depending on the availability of the administrators
and other factors such as power failure and poor internet connections. It will be posted
on our site and or any other website provided and used by the administrators.

8.) Posting and updating of exits will be done every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday night
from 10:00-12:00PM or depending on the availability of the administrators and other
factors such as power failure and poor internet connections. It will be posted on our site
and or any other website provided and used by the administrators.

9.) Pay-outs will be done every day provided it will only be from 8:00am-12:00nn and the
place will be according to the terms of the administrators. Upon pay-out or cash out, the
member is required to receive it personally and a valid identification shall be presented.
In case that the payee or member is not available to receive the cash out personally, an
authorization letter is required. A sample of the authorization can either be downloaded
from our site or may be handwritten as long as it follows the format provided for by the
administrators. To ensure proper documentations, 2 authorization letters is required,
one for the administrators copy and one shall be of the member.
10.)
The group highly encourages Team Work and this may mean that your invites
may not be listed or encoded on the same board as you are, but they shall be noted
under your referrals, this means that once you have completed the 2 invite/recruit
requirement even if you invite is listed on the separate board or table, it will not affect
you entitlement for cash out. We are practicing the splitting of matrix hence there are
great possibilities where and when your invites will be part of the other tables/ boards.
Board are numbered and dated to ensure that we will follow are FIRST PAY-IN, FIRST
ENCODE, FIRST EXIT Policy.
11.)
There shall be no pulling out of accounts and NO REFUND once a member has
paid in for the reason that the tables will be greatly affected as we strictly adhere to our
FIRST PAY-IN, FIRST ENCODE, FIRST EXIT Policy. Again, take time to read and
understand these policies first before you join.
12.)
Meetings may be called for by the administrators. A notice of such meeting will
also be posted at our site or may be sent thru SMS (text) messaging for all members
information.
13.)
In case of any problem, concerns and other issues, all members are free to leave a
comment on our site or any other means such as call or SMS (text messaging) BUT such

concerns, issues and or problems will be entertained and answered during the working
hours only, 8:00-5:00PM Monday-Saturday.

14.)
All other updates and related matters shall be duly disseminated to all members
via the site, SMS or any other means. Kindly check the site regularly to keep yourself up
phase and updated.

THESE POLICIES AND REGULATIONS SHALL BE FOR THE STRICT COMPLIANCE OF ALL
MEMBERS.
