Milano is the second-most populated city in Italy , being known as the unofficial

capital of the Lombardy , north of Italy. Its population is about 1.3 million
individuals .
If we think about the economic side of the city , Milan is the most developed city in
Italy , having also its own stock market , named Borsa Italiana .

After the falling of the Roman Empire , that antique acrchitectural style had its own
gradual exctinction too.
Nowadays , the view of the city is predominate by constructions and buildings built
in the gothic style . This is also the main reason why Milano is one of the most
visited cities in Europe .
Also known as the Duomo di Milano , this is the most spectacular gothic construction
in Milano. Its construction only no less than 600 years , but the results were
semnificative.
It is the second-biggest church in Europe , and the third in the world.
Another important touristic objective in Milano is the Basilica Santa Maria delle
Grazie . Here is preserved the famous fresque of Leonardo Da Vinci , The Last
Supper
Because I am a guy who loves football , I couldnt go over one of the most known
duels in the European Football , between Inter Milano and AC Milan . The first
episode was on 18 October 1908 and from then the tradition continues.
