SIRAA/03/2012/866-A -WHEREAS, the Dholeta Special Investment Regional Development Authority (hereinafter referred to ay “ihe said Authority") prepared, submitted and published Dholers Dat Town Planning Scheme No. 1 (hereinafter refered to as "the said Draft Scheme-1") in espest ofthe area included within its limit under the Provisions of section 15 (3) and section 17 (1) and section 17(3) of the Gujarat Special Investment Region Act-2009 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act-2009) and under the brovisions of the Gujarat Town Planning sud Usban Development Av-1976 (President's Act no 27 of 1976) (hereinafter referred as the "Said Act-1976") AND WHEREAS The said Draft Scheme-1 was submitted 70 Apex Authority-GujaratInftastructure Development Board (GIDB) under section 15(3)iii) and 17 ofthe said Act-2009 and under section 481) of the said Act-1976, on 15-09-2012, AND WHEREAS under sub section (1) of section 42 of said Act-1976 the said Authority made and published duly in the prescribed manner in respect of the said Draft Scheme. AND WHEREAS afer taking into consideration the objections / suggestions received, the said Authority submitted the said Draft Scheme-1 to Apex Authority (GIDB) for sanction under section 15(3Y{iti) & section 17 of the said Act-2009 and under section 48(1) of the seid Act-1976 in the manner provided therein, NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)iv) and 17(2) of the said ‘Act-2009 and sub-section (2) of section 48 of the said Act-1976, Apex Authority (GIDB) hereby.
