INFORMATION
Applications are invited from a variety of stall holders with the expectation of high quality items on offer
Photos are to be supplied on application minimum of 3 with at least one of the actual stall setup
ALL STALLS MUST provide a copy of their insurance NO INSURANCE NO STALL
FOOD STALLS MUST provide a copy of their Temporary Food Permit NO PERMIT NO STALL
AMUSEMENT STALLS MUST provide a copy of their Workcover documentation
Applications will be assessed and accepted or rejected at the discretion of the PCRC
Once accepted there will be no refund of stall fees due to withdrawal of an application
Should the markets be cancelled for the proposed date the PCRC would reschedule the event where
possible.
Cancellation due to weather conditions advice will be provided by either mobile or email and notified to the
local radio stations
Movement of any vehicle/s associated with your stall is prohibited during the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm
LIGHT VEHICLES ONLY will be permitted on the oval for setup purposes vehicles or trailers may be left
with the stall but will be at the discretion of the Market Marshalls and must remain within each 3x3 metre site.
Other vehicles will not be permitted to remain at the grounds
Access to Norton Oval for setup purposes will be available through the entry gate on Anson Street
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Stall Holders will have access to the market site for 1.5 hours prior to opening time for setup each stall
holder must provide everything required to run their stall including tables, shelter, chairs and any other
equipment
2. Access to the markets will be by way of the entry gate to Norton Park in Anson Street (see map)
3. Food stalls must comply with the relevant Orange City Council regulations available at by phone 63938000 or
http://www.orange.nsw.gov.au - it is the stall holders responsibility to contact the Council to obtain the
appropriate information
4. Food stalls will be located within one area of the grounds and will be allocated on arrival.
5. The stall holder indemnifies James Sheahan Catholic High School PCRC, its delegates and their staff against
all actions, suits, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, compensation costs (including solicitor
and client costs) charges, and any expenses whatsoever in respect of any personal injury or damage to
property caused or contributed to by the wilful or negligent acts or omissions of the stall holder or employees
or agents of the stall holder, or of any infringement, disturbance or destruction of any right of any person
arising or indirectly out of the use of the stall or market area by the stall holder or employees or agents of the
stall holder
6. If any breach of these conditions is committed, suffered or permitted by the stall holder, James Sheahan
Catholic High School PCRC or its delegates shall be entitled forthwith to terminate the license without
prejudice to any right of action of the James Sheahan Catholic High School PCRC or its delegates in respect
of such breach. In the event of such termination the stall holder shall remove all property and goods from the
stall and market area and any property and goods not so removed may be disposed of by the James Sheahan
Catholic High School PCRC or its delegates as they shall see fit without any liability to the stall holder.
7. The stall holders shall follow any instructions or directions of all representatives of the James Sheahan
All proceeds from the Market Day will go to the PCRC to provide support to James Sheahan Catholic High
School and its students. The PCRC supports the school in many ways including upgrade of facilities, grants,

Catholic High School PCRC in attendance at the market as to the conduct of the stall or as to any matters
provided for in these conditions.
Stall sites are not allocated (with the exception of the food stalls) all stall holders will be directed to each
available site each stall holder must remain within their allocated area
Stall Holders shall ensure pack up is completed with 1.5 hours of the closure of the markets at 3.00pm
Stall Holders must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance with their application form and ensure that
all fees are paid to the Parents & Community Representative Council as per the rate on the application form
fees are non-refundable once confirmation of acceptance of application
Stall Holders will ensure that all persons conducting the stall behave in a proper manner and not cause
unreasonable offence or nuisance
James Sheahan Catholic High School and the Parents & Community Representative Council shall not be
responsible for any goods or property of the stall holder brought onto the grounds
All rubbish or litter belonging to each stall holder is the responsibility of the stall holder alone and must be
taken from the grounds and disposed of appropriately
There will be no refund of fees in event of adverse conditions during the market and failure to attend will also
forfeit any fees paid
No Smoking or alcohol or consumption of alcohol is permitted on the grounds
