DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SHANDATO T. ABANTAS, filipino citizen, married to AISHA NIMFA
M. SALIC-ABANTAS, of legal age with residence and post-office
address at 030 Brgy. Marawi, Marawi City; For and in consideration of
the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (80,000), Philippine
currency, to in hand paid by ONDI ABDEL-BOSSMAN UVERO filipino
citizen, of legal age, with residence and post office address at Old
Aggie, MSU, Marawi City. Do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY,
absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said ONDI ABDEL-BOSSMAN
UVERO his heirs and assigns, Honda Civic car with plate No. TJU 657,
Motor No. SP4-29JI690, Chassis No. D15B-3006300, of which I am
the absolute owner, free from all liens and encumbrances. It is hereby
mutually agreed that the vendee shall bear all the expenses for the
execution and registration of this deed of sale.
IN WITNESSS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this deed of sale, this
9th day of July, 2015 at Marawi City, Philippines.
