Dear Mr. Gutch,
We are delighted to join with many others in extending thanks and congratulations for
your more than 10 years of service to Cub Scout Pack 4. The time and dedication
given to the boys of your community is an admirable and commendable example for
all of service above self.
For years you have helped boys find in themselves, and in the world around them,
more than they might have thought possible. Even more, you have helped each begin
creating a foundation of character and personal skills that will serve them well
throughout life.
Scouting could not be possible without individuals such as you who see within it the
power and possibility to guide boys and young men in good and positive ways while
engaging them in fun and adventure.
