INSTRUMENTS
Listening to an audio:
Pupils listen to an audio recording
and complete the tasks on
worksheets.
Survey: In pairs, pupils conduct a
survey about adventure sports
based on questions provided in
the survey forms.
Gathering information: Pupils
group themselves according to
the same adventure sport that
they have surveyed. Pupils
discuss on their findings and take
turns to present the information to
the class.
Hot seat:
A situation is given to the class.
In groups, pupils appoint two
members to be the professionals
in a particular adventure sport
provided by the teacher. Pupils
then conduct an interview session
by asking questions to the
professionals regarding the
adventure sport.

NOTES

Pre: Sets of jigsaw puzzle
(pictures of rock climbing,
paintball, water rafting,
skateboarding and mountain
biking)
While: Audio recording
pertaining to adventure sports,
survey forms containing several
questions regarding adventure
sports
