Analisis Kepuasan Siswa Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik
Guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi

Skripsi ini membahas tentang kepuasan siswa terhadap kompetensi pedagogik

guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi. Sampel penelitian
ini adalah 78 siswa Jurusan Akutansi yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik
Proportional Random Sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara
menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode
Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian menemukan bahwa ada
faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan siswa Jurusan Akuntansi
terhadap kompetensi pedagogik dengan tingkat keseuaian kepuasan adalah
sebesar 79,86%. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru di sekolah
menengah Kejuruan Negeri 5 Muaro Jambi dapat lebih meningkatkan
kompetensi pedagogik.

Analysis of Student Satisfaction on the Pedagogic

Jambi

This thesis discusses student satisfaction on the Pedagogic Competence of

Teacher In Vocational High Schools 5 Muaro Jambi. The sample was 78 students
of the accounting programs selected using Proportional Random Sampling
technique. The research data obtained by distributing questionnaires to a sample.
Data were analyzed using the methods of Importance Performance Analysis
(IPA). The study found that there are significant factors that affect students'
satisfaction on the Teacher kompetence in pedagogic of the vactional high school
with satisfaction the suitability level is at 79,86%. The results of this study suggest
that the teacher in Vocational High School 5 Muaro Jambi can further improve the
quality of administrative services.
