Year One
Personal

1. I will run the Disneyland 10k in

August 2015 with my sister in order to
celebrate my return to running and
training.
2. I will increase my intake of water and
healthy foods to maintain a healthy
lifestyle.

Career

1. I will apply for a work study program

in order to reduce the amount of loans
I borrow.
2. I will research more in depth what
areas of occupational therapy I want to
work in, so I can better plan my
fieldwork experience.
1. I will improve my study habits by
designated enough time per day to
study.
2. I will be more organized by making
folders for each class in order to better
keep up with all course work.
1. I will engage in more outdoor
activities, so I can enjoy nature when I
am not required to be indoors.
2. I will visit beaches in Southern
California during school breaks.

Alzheimers Association and complete
a training goal.
