Plan

The plan was discussed earlier to the joining of the organization by the human resource
department. The organization being multinational, they have high standards. Therefore, the
recruitment process team have robustly planned and implemented to achieve the desired
outcome. Once the human resource department activities are finished, the specific employee will
be transferred to the training department with the entire desired training plan. All the activities
will be conducted at the head office site in Texas. Initially, training on the organizational ethics
and code of conducts will be explained and trainee will be given enough resources to understand
the organization mission and statements (P. Sangakkara, personal communication, June 17,
2015).
