The success or failure of an organization is largely


dependent on the caliber of the managers and
employees working therein.
Without positive and creative contribution from the
managers, the organization cannot progress and
prosper.
In order to achieve the goals or perform the
activities of an organization, we need to identify and
recruit managers with requisite skills, qualifications
and experience.
While doing so, the present as well as the future
requirement should be kept in mind.
