Number 2115-00900 Kiambu, do hereby take oath and state as follows:

1. That we are the holders of Identity Card Numbers 6037895 and 13410316
respectively and the deponents herein.
2. That we got married in the year 1991 under the Kikuyu customary Law.
3. That the requisite Kikuyu Customary law marriage rites have been complied
with.
4. That we have since been living together as husband and wife.
5. That we swear this affidavit conscientiously to clearly state that we are
married.
6. That we swear this Affidavit believing the same to be true to the best of
our knowledge, information and belief.
