Research methodology
To be able to interpret and thoroughly discuss the perception of parents on the proposed
junior and senior high school, the researchers used the Descriptive methodology.
Descriptive Studies is used to observe, describe and document aspects of a situation as it
naturally occurs and sometimes to serve as a starting point for hypothesis generation or theory
development.(Polit,2008)
The researchers were interested in parents perception when Junior and Senior high
program is implemented. The study aimed describe the advantages and disadvantages of the
proposed Junior and Senior high program, their perceptions on implementation of Junior and
Senior high.
