1mm card makes for quite a tough and sturdy model. You can strengthen it even more if you
wish, by added internal corner braces cut from small triangles of scrap card.
Some parts (where marked) may need trimming to size, depending on the thickness of card used.
Where appropriate and as space allows, extra parts such as signs, different doors or windows
etc, have been included. This means that each model can be used more than once and made up
slightly differently.
Printing.
Obviously the better quality paper you print to, plus the ink quality set on your printer, can
greatly affect the final outcome. When sticking the paper to card, try to get good full and even
coverage of glue.
If your printer has the facility to scale the file to the page, DO NOT USE. This will affect the
size of your model and it may well come out larger than intended.
When the model is completed, it is recommended that it be sprayed with Dullcote or similar.
This will seal the ink and also harden the model somewhat.
It has given me a lot of pleasure producing these kits. I hope you enjoy them too.
