What do I need to bring?

Completed voter registration form


First time registrants must provide acceptable evidence of US

citizenship (Birth Certificate, US Passport, US naturalization


documents, American Indian card, etc.). A drivers license is not
acceptable for evidence of citizenship

Election Information
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3rd, 2015 from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
You can register at the Marshall County Clerks Office,
1201 Broadway, Marysville, KS 66508

The polling place on Election Day will be at the
Marysville American Legion,
310 Veterans Memorial Drive North in Marysville
Advanced voting by mail or in person at the County Clerks office is
available beginning October 14th.

When are the deadlines?
Deadline to register to vote is October 13th, 2015
Deadline to submit evidence of US citizenship is:

On voting day, a photo ID will be required (a Kansas drivers license

or non-drivers ID, license issued by another state, concealed carry


license, US Passport, Employee badge or document issued by a
government agency, US military ID document, Student ID from an
accredited institution in Kansas, ID card issued by an Indian tribe)

Shall the following be adopted?
Shall Unified School District No. 364, Marshall County, Kansas (Marysville),
issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $26,400,000 to
pay the costs to: (a) construct, equip and furnish additions and make
renovations to the existing Marysville Elementary School within the District
for educational purposes, for compliance upgrades, to enhance the
buildings safety and security, to improve building infrastructure, and to
improve the learning and teaching environment; (b) construct, equip and
furnish additions and make renovations to the existing Marysville JuniorSenior School within the District for educational purposes, for compliance
upgrades, to enhance the buildings safety and security, to improve
building infrastructure, and to improve the learning and teaching
environment; (c) raze portions of existing Junior-Senior High building to
accommodate new improvements; (d) make all other necessary
improvements appurtenant thereto; (e) pay costs of issuance and interest
on said general obligation bonds of the District during construction; and (f)
if bond proceeds remain after accomplishment of the foregoing, acquire
energy conservation and roof improvements at various District facilities
currently financed with lease-purchase agreements (collectively, the
Project); all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq.; K.S.A. 252018(f); K.S.A. 72-6761; and K.S.A. 75-2315 et seq.?

No later than the close of business on the day before the

election if mailed or delivered in person; or


No later than midnight the day before the election if submitted

electronically to your county election office
