Dehlsuia/HES Checked by: R Pelio-HuikkoyRD Approved by: 1, THE ELEVATOR STANDS AT FLOOR LEVEL All the spools and pilot valves are in the position they are presented in the hydraulic diagram. “The components, which are tight against leakage and keep the elevator car at floor level, are: check valve L (cv) down travel valve rv) pressure differeice valve (DVI) pilot valve for nominal speed (12:H) pilot valve for down travel (12:N) pilot valve for service speed (12:8) ‘hand pump eR) manual lowering valve (ML) and of course afl the static seals must be in order. 2, UP TRAVEL The motor starts in delta, Oil flow from the pump pushes the start valve (SV) open and goes back to the rank. The motor ard pump decelerate up with by-pass pressure. After a short time delay, which Gepends on S12, HV closes “tis delay is cnoogh for ¥/D su. 12H pulls andthe main speed valve starts 10 open. The start valve closes with constant speed determined by the spring and J1, The closing of the stat valve increases the oll pressure of the pump. When itis higher than the load ressuse, the pressure pushes CV] and the compensator valve (PCV) to the opes position. The elevator ins 10 accelerate due 10 oll flow through the clieck valve 1, the main speed valve and PCV wthe = — cylinder line. When SV is completely closed, the whole flow from the pump goes to the cylinder and the elevator * ~ sives up at the nominal speed, To ensure this, the pressure compensator system for up travel has been switched off by the pilot valve 12:H. Whea the clevator artives at the deceleration vane, the pilot valve 12H drops. Now the check valves 5 and guarantee thet on both sides of tie plot valve 12-1 there is roughly the same pressure as at filter 3, This means that the pressure compensator system for up travel becomes active (the pressure measuring channe) Eom SV to F3 is open). Ic also means that MSV starts to close at a speed controlled by J4. This way, the deceleration rate of the car does nat depend on the Toad. Aftot MSV has closed completely, oit can only flow through the levelling speed valve to the cylin- der and the car drives up at the levelling speed. When the elevator car arrives at the floot level vane, the motor is switched off. Inertia of the motor and the flywheel makes the elevator stop smoothly. While the pump retards, SV, CVI and PCV close tothe position they bad before start up. «The route through CV3 and J10 is provided for speeding up the closing of PCV after the elevator has stopped, : 0. 16/02 “95 11:07 —-Po272 698893 Boor Z ON-OFF VALVE HYDRONIC Insuattion eg E.eComp 300, 3008 and 300E AM 41331 FUNCTION DESCRIPTION Toes: Dace 83.1991 Compiled by: B. DankntmsieS Checked by: R Pelion HubkaiRD Approvedby: yh 3. DOWN TRAVEL The pilot valves, {2:H and 12:N pull. The down travel valve (DTV) opens and after that PCV and ‘MSV control the oil pressure and the flow. PCV keeps the presstwe drop over MSV constant and this ‘opens smoothly damped by Jets 4 and 5. Thus the car accelerates smoothly until MSV is completely ‘open and the elevator travels down at the nominal speed. ‘Whea 12:4 drops, the main spetd valve Starts to close and the elevator starts to decelerate. Again PCV keeps the pressure drop over MSV constant and the elevator decelerates to the levelling Esper as ‘MGY closes. When driving at the levelling speed, the oil flows only through the levelling speed valve LSY, still with constant pressure drop. Finally 12:N is de-energized, The dowa travel valve stars closing and the elevator stops smoothly. ‘The pressure compensator valve closes too and the elevator is ready for the next travel, ® AM 4.13.30 Pope: 400) Issue Insaallation 300, 3008 and 300E INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADJUSTMENT.
