Internship: Warilla High School (35 days) Grades 7 - 12


Throughout the course of my internship I have designed and implemented several
units containing both theoretical and practical content, including Road Safety and
Court Games. I have also had the opportunity to assist in the design of assessment
tasks and marking criteria for use in whole grade assessments.

2012

Practicum: Edmund Rice College (20 days) Grades 7 -10


During this practicum I had the chance to engage in a wide array of ICT activities,
both in terms of utilising the available technology and creating simple programs
for use on the interactive whiteboard. I also accompanied the school to the
Regional Cross Country and was able to assist in the officiation of this event.

2011

Practicum: Woonona High School (15 days) Grades 7 -10


In my time on this practicum I was able to implement a unit on dance and
rhythmic movement skills, developing my comfort and proficiency in these areas. I
was also able to referee an interschool soccer match, assisting in the success of
this event

2010

Practicum: Woonona East Public School (10 days rolling) Grades 2-3
Within this practicum I was given the opportunity to teach a variety of different
subjects, including basic mathematics, reading and writing. This allowed me to
develop my understanding of how students learn, especially at a young age.
