Dear Miss Padilla:
The Deed of Sale of a portion of a registered land executed by and between Constancia Vila a
widowed owner and your goodself as buyer refers to a portion of a registered land covered by
Tax Declaration No. 02-09077 and OCT No. F-20561 of the Registry of Deeds for the Province
of Cagayan.
According to her niece FILIPINA UMAYAM and nephew Kgd. CONRADO VILLA, her
Attorneys-in-fact and attested by the old woman, Constancia Vila, Vendor the lot conveyed to
you is her SOLAR NA TIRAHAN or a residential portion and not the Corn land with an area
of 498 square meters according to her niece and nephew you are allegedly claiming he whole of
798 square meters to your unbelievable purchase of price of Two Thousand Pesos (P/2,000.00) in
your Ilocano dialect written by someone else.
That according to vendor Constancia Vila, who is our Kabarangay here in Santol, Quezon City,
was clear from the start that your consideration of Two Thousand Pesos (P/2,000.00) according
to the Deed of Sale executed before the Municipal Judge and Notary Public Segundo Catral, it is
specifically pointed, printed, and readable in that 4 th paragraph, a copy of said Deed of Sle is
enclosed that the subject of your bargain BILIHAN is the residential lot ONLY with an area of
300 square meters and not the whole of 798 square meters.
Accoding to Constancia Vila and her niece and nephew Kgd. Conrado Villa of Bgy. Santol,
Quezon City, you can buy the other 498 (Corn Land) square meters for a consideration of
SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS
