Overall Comment
Thank goodness that someone has finally created a unit of work that is rigorous, well thought out, well planned and FUN! The
fact that this looks and feels like a fun unit will have the students eating out of your hand and will be looking forward to the next
unit. This is really good and you have left no stone unturned. The quality is present and so is the quality this is a really good
unit.
I cant really fault your stage 1 unless Im being nitpicky but it all hangs together well and you ask insightful essential questions.
The assessment is diverse and interesting and ties well into the curriculum. Your resources are very good and so are the task
sheets/rubrics that you attached. I can see the efort that has gone into this and fully appreciate the time it has taken.
You deserve the opportunity of teaching this so I hope you get that chance. Of course, you will need to tinker with it as you go
but overall its in pretty good shape to pick up and start teaching now. Well done with this.
