PERSONAL STATEMENT
I believe that, as an educator, it is my responsibility to cultivate and nurture intrinsic curiosity. It is my philosophy that
each child can learn and that each child has a right to learn. I aim to facilitate learning by establishing a collaborative
environment in which knowledge is co-created among students, parents, teachers and the community. My career
objective as a teacher is to maintain the highest standards of professionalism; to understand the life circumstances of
my students; to provide timely, constructive feedback; to seek out best practice; and to embrace failure as the first step
in the learning process.
