TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Especially designed to fill moulds with chocolate.

Easy and safe to operate and transport.
Consistency in quality: there are no corners in the melting tank, which minimizes the
accumulation of chocolate and the risk of over-crystallization.
MECHANICAL COMPONENTS

Stainless steel dust cover and melting tank.

Machine delivered on 4 synthetic stoppers, ideal as bench-top model.
3.
Food quality approved lifting wheel. Easily removable for cleaning procedures.

Without mixing arm.
5.
Perforation in the rear and inbuilt blower for possible superfluous heat.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

M-heating of 500 Watt under the isolated chocolate tank.
7.
Heating controlled by a highly accurate digital thermostat with PT100 sensor by means
of a field-break switch.
8.
All controls on the outside are easily accessible.
9.
Omron thermostat with double display for requested and actual temperature. With extra
mechanical security thermostat at the underside of the machine.
10. Equipped with legally required emergency stop valve and restarter (reset).
11. Electrical components of the inside of the machine are installed on a central panel.
12. Lifting wheel is driven by monophase motor reductor 90 Watt.
