VI.

ENFORCEMENT OF ORDER
(SECTIONS 12C, 13 AND 13A)

Any person who commits a breach or fails to comply with any obligations imposed on him
shall be deemed to be guilty of an offence.

Any order made by the commission may be amended or revoked at any time in the manner
which it is made.

An order made by commission may be general in its application or may be limited to any
particular class of trader or a particular trade practice or a particular locality (Section 13).

If the commission has any reasonable cause to believe that any person has omitted or failed to
comply with any order made by the commission, in that event the commission may authorise
the director general or any officer of the commission to make an investigation into the matter.

On conclusion of the investigation, the Director General shall submit to the commission a
report of the investigation to enable the commission to take such action in the matter as he may
think fit.
