OLOFIN ORUN lo observa desde su palacio Divino, y se dice a si mismo, este Olosi esta haciendo estupideces. Olfin run le ordena a
los Cielos a que le envan muchos Rayos sobre la Tierra en el are donde estaba OLOSI. Esto fue como una tormenta elctrica. Este
momento fue lo que ahora llamara la ciencia la creacin del mundo. Estos rayos caan sobre OLOSI, pero como el era inmortal, solo
senta dolor, pero no mora. Por su mal uso del poder, OLOFIN ORUN destierra a OLOSI al Inframundo de la Tierra. Olfin run le dice
que el no se poda salir de all, porque sino Olfin desatara su furia sobre el. OLOFIN ORUN se dice a si mismo, "Yo tengo que crear
otro ser para que gobierne a la Tierra". Olfin crea al primer ser que fue OBATALA, pero lo crea mortal, a diferencia de su anterior
creacin de Olosi que era inmortal. Crendolo mortal tendra control de la destruccin de su vida fsica, si se sale del rumbo marcado o
destinado, yo lo puedo matar y destruir.
El IRUNMOLE OBATALA, que es la Esencia (Arquetpica) de Obtl. Obtl luego crea otros seres inmortales pero con un solo poder y
jerarqua, as podra controlarlos, as crea a Ogun, rnml, etc.
Obtl se dice a si mismo, Yo te que crear y hacer esta tierra frtil, pero hay un problema, la tierra para ese entonces estaba

rnml. Y el Gran Adivino le dijo a Obtl, que si el quera conquistar esa tierra y hacer su creacin, el tenia que hacer EBO (Obra
Ritual) y despus que hagas Ebo, vas a ir a juntar Oro, de todos los Orishas, vas a ir con Ogun para que te haga una cadena de Oro.
Para poder bajar a la Tierra, vas a bajar con un Caracol, de la otra mano vas a llevar un GATO, y vas a bajar por la cadena de oro que
va a hacer Ogun. As hizo Obtl, pero hizo esto con miedo, porque el era mortal, y podra morir en el intento. Cuando Obtl va
bajando por la cadena, se da cuenta que la cadena esta muy corta, se dijo, "ahora que hago, pues me dijo rnml que hiciera esto".
Entonces Obtl avienta el caracol y con esto se crea la primera tierra, esta tierra es lo que se conoce como PANGEA, el primer Gran
Continente. As pudo bajar Obtl, cayendo en tierra firme. Cuando esto sucede, sube Olokun de las profundidades del mar y le dice
a Obtl porque el estaba invadiendo sus dominios. Obtl le dice que lo disculpe, que el viene con el mandato de OLOFIN, pero
OLOKUN le dice que all el controlaba todo, cuando esto pasa, Obtl avienta el Gato Negro, y Olokun al ver el Gato negro, se va tras
el Gato, ya que Olokun es muy vanidoso y querra tener ese animal. Olokun atrapa al Gato y se pone a verlo y acariciarlo, y se
entretiene con eso y se retira a las profundidades del mar. Luego de esto, Obtl comenz con su labor de creacin, y creo un
hombre de un rbol, de madera, pero se dio de cuenta que cuando los hombres se frotaban entre si, se encenda fuego y se
quemaban. Obtl se dijo a si mismo, tengo que buscar algo que se pueda usar para crear, sin que se destrulla o se rompa como las
anteriores creaciones de madera. Obtl se encontr con un saco de lodo, y pens que seria buen material para crear, y con este
Lodo o Arcilla Roja creo al primer ser humano. As sigui creando hombres y mujeres, pero le dio tanta sed a Obtl, que comenz a
beber vino de palma, y llega hasta embriagarse, y el continua creando pero en estado de ebriedad, y el crea personas mal formadas,
mas chiquitas, con un solo brazo, deformes, sin una pierna o sin un ojo. Entonces Obtl sube por la cadena hasta el cielo ante
OLOFIN. Obtl le dice que acababa de crear gente nueva, y que si el poder gobernar a esa gente. OLOFIN le contesta, "SI puedes
Gobernar, pero antes quiero que veas lo que hicistes" Y al ver la Tierra, se da cuenta de los seres que creo cuando se embriago, un
montn de seres malformados y fenmenos. Obtl entonces jura, "Yo jams voy a volver a tomar bebidas embriagantes, porque
cuando bebo hago puras estupideces"

Yes, it come with his 16 Cowrie shells, but similar to the Igb Olkun Agana Eri (Olkun of the RSh Tradition), it comes with 16 Cowrie
shells but they dont TALK through ITA Ceremony as an Oracle. The Initiation of Baba Oduduwa can be given through the Sh or IF
Traditions, but in the Sh Tradition, they wash one hand of 16 Cowrie shells, they throw or cast the 16 Cowrie shells to find out the Sign of
Birthing (Washing Sign or Signo de Lavatorio as they called in the Cuban Tradition), that is only one throw to see how the ORSHA comes to
help the person receiving that Initiation. Those 16 Cowrie shells cant be used as an oracle. (ITA comes from Eeta, meaning 3, referring to the
third day of a ceremony, when they do the Oracle ceremony.)

The IGB ODUDUWA in the IF Tradition comes with his 16 KN, and ODUDUWA talks as an Oracle through those 16 KN.

Historia de cmo Baba Oduduwa se corta la lengua para alimentar a su hija y la

hija de Orunmila :
La historia dice que Baba Oduduwa era el mejor amigo de Orunmila , el mejor
amigo de . Era una poca en la que la situacin de que el gobierno no era tan
buena, y consultado el Ifa Oracle, ifa les dijo que EBO , pero con el fin de la EBO
para ser completa , tienen que viajar a la montaa, y cada uno tuvo que ir con
sus respectivas hijas , pero no pudieron llevar a aby agua o los alimentos .
Tienen que encontrar comida y agua durante su viaje y en su camino a la cima
de la montaa, y una vez all , tienen que encontrar una semilla sagrada , que
fue el Ikin . Ellos barbecho lo IFA les dijo , y tomaron cada uno sus respectivas
hijas con ellos y comenzaron su viaje, pero para ello , no podan cruzar el mar,
aunque para llegar a la montaa donde iban fue mucho ms fcil que pasar por

el mar . En aquellos tiempos , no haba brjula o nada como eso para guiar a s
mismos por medio de 4 direcciones, el lugar donde iban tenido mucha
vegetacin , muy denso , que no permita la luz del sol para ir a travs , como
una selva . En el camino, se utilizan el OBI Abata ( la nuez de cola ) para
guiarse , en la posicin en la que los ojos de la OBI Abata eran , en esa
direccin que viajaban. Es el resultado de que en el camino, una de las chicas
se enferm , en este caso, era la hija de Oduduwa . Orunmila , porque era un
hombre sabio y un herbolario , sali en busca de una medicina para la hija de
Oduduwa , y se fue dejando a Oduduwa a cargo de su hija. Orunmila a salir a
buscar en un lugar que no conoca , estaba en riesgo. Muchos muchos das
pasan, y Orunmila no regresaron . Oduduwa y las dos chicas empezaron a
sentir hambre , entonces lo que Oduduwa hizo, ya que l no tena nada en la
mano , y no poda salir de la enferma sola, Oduduwa decidi que para cortar su
propia lengua con el fin de darle eso a las chicas a comer. Oduduwa hizo que
desde Orunmila estaba arriesgando su vida, y l no saba si Orunmila volvera o
no. Poco tiempo despus de Oduduwa hizo esto, Orunmila regres con la
medicina para curar la hija de Oduduwa . Haba algo de comida dej que
Oduduwa preparado, y Oduduwa ofrecen algunos de Orunmila para comer.
Orunmila comer la comida , pero se dio cuenta de que algo, pregunte : " Qu
es este" Oduduwa le dijo que se trataba de un pedazo de carne de cerdo que
haba encontrado . Pero Orunmila not que Oduduwa le dijo que no era cierto.
Oduduwa con el fin de ser capaz de hablar , puso un pedazo de la " OBI Abata "
en la boca, pero Orunmila empez a notar la situacin, porque vio que
Oduduwa sangraba a fondo la boca. Ellos continan su viaje hasta que
encontraron el rbol que estaban buscando el fin de ser capaz de hablar con
IFA directamente . Cuando llegaron all , tomaron las Sagradas Semillas ( la
Ikin ) que necesitaban y volvieron de nuevo a su ciudad. La pieza de " OBI
Abata " que Oduduwa ha en su boca que l sola ser capaz de hablar sali mal ,
y luego no pudo hablar ms. Orunmila en recompensa a Oduduwa para la
alimentacin de las nias y Orunmila con alimentos, ORUNMILA pone un
pedazo de la Ikin tuerca en la boca de Oduduwa . Orunmila dijo Oduduwa :
"Ahora Usted no tiene la necesidad de hablar , usted va a ser capaz de
comunicarse y slo hablar a travs de la utilizacin de la Ikin " .

NOTA por AWO IFALENU : En el Odu Ifa o Odun de OTURA NIKO , hay una
versin similar de esta historia , pero distinta de la que se da aqu por el
Espritu Tata G, Emisario de Oduduwa .

Es por ello que Baba Oduduwa no habla a travs de la utilizacin de la

rndnlgn ( 16 Cowrie Shell Oracle) de la Tradicin Sh y Oduduwa slo
habla a travs de la utilizacin de su 16 Ikin en la Tradicin de IFA .

Cuando dan la IGBA Oduduwa a travs de la tradicin Sh , viene con 16

caracoles ( rndnlgn ) ?
S, viene con sus 16 conchas , pero similar a la IGBA Olokun Agana Eri ( Olokun
de la Tradicin Orisha ) , viene con 16 caracoles pero no lo hacen "hablar" a
travs de "Ceremony ITA " como Oracle. La iniciacin de Baba Oduduwa se
puede dar a travs de las tradiciones Sh o IFA , pero en la Tradicin
Sh , se lava una mano de 16 conchas , que arroje ni emitir los 16 caracoles
para averiguar la Seal de Parto ( "Signo de lavado " o " Signo de Lavatorio "
como lo llamaban en la tradicin cubana ) , que es slo un tiro para ver cmo el
ORSHA trata de ayudar a la persona que recibe esa iniciacin . Esos 16 conchas
no se pueden utilizar como un orculo . (ITA viene de Eeta , es decir, 3 , en
referencia al tercer da de la ceremonia , cuando lo hacen la ceremonia de
Oracle. )
La IGBA Oduduwa en la Tradicin IFA viene con su 16 Ikin , y habla Oduduwa
