A 40 year old woman, Bacara Ligaya A. came in with a chief complaint of abdominal mass.
She was seen and examined by Dra. Tan and was diagnosed to have a Myoma. The patient stated
upon interview that she had an early menarche at 10 y/o of age. She experienced abdominal
cramping and bleeding between menses and she just treated it with ³ Banyos´ . She is presently
residing at Brgy. Lipata, Paranas Samar. She has a husband but they have no child for a long year
of married life.

The patient¶s occupation is a farmer. She doesn¶t smoke but occasionally drink alcohol.



According to the patient, she eats variety of foods such as vegetables, fish, meats, root crops and fruits.
She drink plenty of water
