Phd or MSc in Physical Oceanography or Applied Math

University of New Hampshire
Funding is available to support M.Sc or Ph.D. students at at the University of New Hampshire in
Durham NH in physical oceanography. Thesis will focus on understanding the effects of basin
scale ocean dynamics and shelf circulation on seasonal and longer timescales. The degree can
be in Oceanography or Applied Math. Start date by fall 2016. Please contact James Pringle
(jpringle@unh.edu) by December 1, 2015. Final applications are due January 15.
Bachelors or Masters degree in physics, engineering, environmental sciences, math, or related
field, completed by project start date (no later than fall 2016).
