Using titebond glue glue in all plugs


in allocated location (white beach on
mahogany and mahogany of marine
ply).

timber and pair off the plug about 12 mm from the edge.
Using the orbital sand back plug flush
with legs and sides.

Using the cove bit create a grove on
the top end of the pieces (inside
edge of frame).

piece to it location ready for gluing.

mouldings onto the sides of project.

Silicon tube

Using silicon apply silicon to middle


and around the edge than sit glass
inside and press down. Spray Windex
around the edge and wipe silicon to
make an even line. ( the Windex
stops silicon sticking to timber or top
of glass
