Andrew Stoner is an Experienced

Andrew Stoner is a reputed Australian professional

who has a rich career in politics. He was born in 1960
and then his family moved to Port Macquarie, New
South Wales. In 1987, he completed his Bachelors
degree in Business from the Queensland University of
Technology. In 1994, he completed his Masters degree
in Business Administration program at James Cook
University with 1st Class Honours.

After his studies, he joined the National Party of

Australia and was elected as the New South Wales
Legislative Assembly in 1999 for Oxley. He served as
the Shadow Minister for different portfolios including
Regional Development, Sport and Recreation, Natural
Resources, Emergency Services, Skills Development,
Ports, Road Infrastructure, State development and
Education. In addition, he served the Parliament of
Australia as the Member for 16 years.

Andrew Stoner handled the NSW governments

international strategy including, trade missions and
establishment of trade offices in priority markets,
contributing to the States growth in exports and
inward investment. Besides this, he supervised over
$13 billion of infrastructure investment in regional
NSW, particularly road, rail and water infrastructure,
intensifying the productivity of regional industries
including agriculture and mining.

He also holds extensive experience in business. He is

serving as the Director of an innovative Australian
company, Slasherteck Pty Ltd. The firm has developed
the award winning roadside slashing technology.
Through this, roadside maintenance authorities save
hundreds of millions annually. The Slasherteck team
was felicitated for Public Works Engineers Australasia
at CIVENEX Expo.

Andrew Stoner recently attended an annual

conference of the Australia China Economic Trade and
Cultural Association (ACETCA) in China, along with
eminent Australian Chinese and Members of
Parliament Jonathon ODea and Mark Coure.
ACETCA is a government registered non-profit trade
and culture community entity, and was founded by
Chinese in Australia in accordance with the mission
statement of the association.
