Objectives:
Psychomotor (P): Students will be able to run without stopping, using proper running form
and demonstrate proper breathing techniques to keeping the heart rate elevated 70% of the
time.
Cognitive (C): Students will be able to correct other individuals on their technique with 70%
accuracy. The students will understand the lifetime benefits of fitness The students will
understand the importance of target heart rate. The students will understand the difference
between aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
Affective (A): Students will be sensitive to the differences in physical ability levels of
other students.
H-R Fitness (H): Students will be engaged in moderate to vigorous physical activity at least
65% of the time.
