The undersigned are 3rd year, Bachelor of Science in Information
Technology students and presently enrolled in the subject, System
Analysis and Design. As part of our course, we need to study on
different information systems that companies are using. We need to
get first-hand information from real business people like you as
recommended by our adviser.

permission to have an interview with you and study your system at
your most convenient time. We need to know about the problems that
you may have encountered, or the advantages and disadvantages of
your system in your business.
