The BTBC is owned by the Lawrence-Douglas
County Biosciences Authority (LDCBA) and
will be managed by the Lawrence Regional
Technology Center. Funding for construction
of the BTBC is provided through a partnership
among the LDCBA, the City of Lawrence,
Douglas County, the Kansas Bioscience
Authority, KU, and KU Endowment.
