1) Go to IP catalog and select Block Memory Generator under Memories & Storage->Rams & ROMS

2) Select Single Port Native interface RAM

3) Go to port A options and change data-width and memory size. Depth represents number of
words of width W in memory.

4) If you want to initialize BRAM then go to other options and browse to your initialization file.
The initialization file has extension .coe.

5) Click OK to create BRAM. You will see block memory ip in your design sources.

6) Go to IP sources (1) and open blk_mem_gen_0.veo(2). This file has an instantiation template
(3).

7) You can use this instantiation template to use Block RAM in your module.
