Agreement for Right of Way

This Agreement for Right of Way is made and entered into on this

by and between ______________________, of

(BBB).

WHEREAS, AAA is the registered owner of the following property:

WHEREAS, AAA is the registered owner of the following property:

AND WHEREAS the parties hereby wish to establish and maintain a mutual rightof-way as agreed hereunder over their properties.

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions

hereinafter set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

AAA hereby grants to BBB a right-of-way over AAAs Property for the use of the
owners, visitors and occupants of the BBBs Property. BBB hereby grants to AAA
a right-of-way over BBBs Property for the use of the owners, visitors and
occupants of the AAAs Property. This rights-of-way shall form a mutual right-ofway for pedestrians and vehicles passing over the properties of AAA & BBB.

The parties hereby agree to maintain this mutual right-of-way in a good condition
and state of repair. The parties shall share all costs associated with the
maintenance and repair equally.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of ______________.

This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the
parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.

This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties with respect to
the matters addressed herein, and may only be modified by a written
amendment signed by all of the parties.
