Kambule

Ranch

Introduction
The Kambule Ranch is a 500.2148 hectare (1,236.058 acres) plot of land
situated on the edge of the South Luangwa National Park. It is virgin land that
has never been tampered with, providing a shelter for wild game seeking refuge
from Poachers. The land mass has streams around its borders with two main
rivers in the north and north east respectively. To the west and southern parts of
the plot lie two streams. The said plot has been acquired and is in the final
stages of title acquisition, having been surveyed and presently ready for
development.
Location
The Kambule Ranch is surrounded by unsurveyed lands roundabout but easily
located using the GPS codes. Below is a diagrammatic illustration of the site.

Vision
A healthy functioning ecosystem supporting Gods creation
Strategic Direction
The Kambule Ranch aims at becoming one of the preferred destinations in the
area alongside the Nsansala and Mpazi conservatories. Together with these and
other developments in the area, it is anticipated that the place will become a
sanctuary for animals seeking refuge as well as a place where diversity is
enhanced. Both Fuana and Flora will be preserved as the community to be

developed in the area grows. Continued sensitization will be part of the residents
of the catchment. It is envisioned that by 2025, the Ranch will be fully functional,
able to attract and retain a sizeable eco-tourist clientele resulting in a win-win
scenario.
