STIPULATION REGARDING PROPOSED STAY PENDING COMPLETION OF

SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
Last week, Kyocera Communications, Inc. and Adaptix Inc. reached agreement on the
basic elements of a settlement and license agreement to resolve the above-captioned lawsuits.
They are currently working on finalizing all terms and conditions of that agreement. The parties

expect that they will successfully finalize the settlement documentation and conclude these matters

by December 18, 2015. In view of the foregoing, and to preserve the resources of the Court and

the parties, the parties jointly stipulate to a proposed stay of the above-captioned lawsuits until

December 18, 2015.
