1. PUBLIC COMMENT
Public comment will be taken during this agenda item. No action may be taken on a
matter raised under this item unless directed so by the Executive Board. Comments will
be limited to three minutes per person. Persons making comment will be asked to begin
by stating their name for the record, and if applicable, naming the organization, program,
or group they represent. The President may elect to allow additional public comment on a
specific agenda item when that agenda item is being considered.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Request is made for approval of the following meeting minutes:

3. VOTE APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA

3a. Budget Update
Direct the IBC Treasurers Office to give an updated report on the current IBC budget.
3b. The Success Project
Direct the IBC to support Instagram projects for November 2015-January 2016.
3c. Executive Order 003
Direct the IBCP to update on Executive Order 003 for the Extended Board 2015-2016.
4. ADD, REMOVE, EDIT REGULAR AGENDA
Direct the IBC to add, remove, or edit the regular IBC meeting agenda.
5. RECOGNITION SESSION
5a. Recognize and appreciate outstanding IB students for the week of 11/29/15.
5b. Recognize IBC members who helped at the Fall Movie Night on 11/24/15.
5c. Recognize IBMYP Advisor/Coordinator, Mr. Snape, for delivering the IB
Thanksgiving Donations to Three Square Las Vegas for Thanksgiving Break 2015.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6a. Office of the Historian Operations Regarding the IB Youtube Channel
Direct the IBC Historians Office and IBMYP IBC Advisor to update on the possibility
of creating an IB Youtube Channel this week in accordance with FERPA: Subpart D.
6b. IB Winter Gear Attire Merchandise
Direct the IBCP to give an updated report on the logistics on selling IB Winter Gear.

6c. Constitutional Revisions

Direct the IBC DP Advisor to edit the IBC constitution for immediate release onto the
IBC website in regards to recently approved Article VII, Section VII.
6d. Field Trip Class Photos Proposal
Direct the IBCP to update on VHS Front Office operations regarding IB class photos.
6e. Santa for Students Program Committee
Direct the IBCVP to update on the Santa for Students Program Drive for December 2015.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7a. IB Thanksgiving Food Drive Updates
Direct the IBCMYP Advisor/Coordinator to update on the donations delivery.
7b. IB Program Fall Movie Social Update
Direct the IBCVP to update on funds collected at the IB Fall Movie Social on 11/24/15.
7c. Select Committee on IB Class of 2016 Graduation Banquet
Direct the IBCVP to update on the date and time of the IB C/O 16 Graduation Banquet
Select Committee.
7d. IBC Calendar Updates
Direct the IBC Presidents Office to officially review the VHSIB Google Calendar.
8. STANDING COMMITTEE AND PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION MEETINGS
Direct the IBC to receive official updates on the following Presidential Commission and
Vice Presidential Standing Committee meetings:

Presidential Commission on Valley HS Inter-Council Ambassadors
Vice Presidential Committee on IB Program Quarterly Meetings
Vice Presidential Committee on IB Public Works Program Committees

9. PUBLIC COMMENT

10. IBC SUMMATIONS
Each IBC/Pentagon official will be given the opportunity to deliver a summation speech to the
assembling body, relevant to the meeting at hand or on announcements for the student body.
