‘emergency situations, developed relationships with licensing representatives by submitting documents
timely and assisting when needed. Her site also grew from 27 students to 33 students, a reflection of
quality programming.
List any performance areas of challenge.
Area of growth for Faviola is Annual Campaign. Faviola raised 18.96% of goal for Annual Campaign. We
would like to see her at 100%. Faviola had 6 parents respond to the NetPromoter survey out of 33
kids. We would like to see Response level 90% or more as an increased response rate helps us better
understand what are parents are looking for in the program
Goal for next year is growth of program by 10%. Currently there are 33 participants enrolled next year
goal is 3 more students.
What experiences/training’s has the staff member been involved or attended that has resulted in
professional development and growtt
Faviola is a full-time student and we appreciate her furthering her YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas
knowledge by attended all regularly YMCA scheduled trainings including AfterSchool Policies and
Procedures, CPR and First Aid, Fall In-House and Winter Conference.

It has been an absolute pleasure having Faviola on our YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Frisco ISD teal
She has truly been a pleasure to coach, work alongside, and see grow. Her passion is evident at ate,
and meeting time, and her willingness to be coached has created a strong team environment, We
sincerely hope she will return to the YMCA Afterschool Program next year, and will refer others
