make sure it is centered) next we will move on to the hole for the switch you can
measure it or you can just put the button where it feels most comfortable for your
hand once that is done its time to move on to the interior components.
First you will begin with soldering the 10k ohm resistor to the nchannel mosfet, be sure not to overheat the mosfet or it will fry
it. Once that is done you will use shrink tubing to seal the leads
on the mosfet. After that is done you will move to the sled, solder
the bottom two contacts together to complete the circuit, next
for the top of the sled you will solder the mosfet to the negative contact on the sled.
Once you have your mosfet connected to your sled we will move to the grounding
post, the center contact on the mosfet will be wired to the
negative ring around the mosfet.
To get the 510 wired you must take it
apart and take the center pin and solder a
14 gauge wire to it. Slide the assembly back
together and slide in into the top hole of the
box, from there solder the wire from the 510 to the positive
contact and from the positive contact to the switch, then take your last remaining
lead from your mosfet and wire it to the last open post on the button.
After all of your soldering is done take some epoxy and put a dab on the
bottom and around the button and let it dry for about an hour, once your epoxy is
dried youre all done now just enjoy your brand new box mod. To paint your
enclosure you will first spray on a base coat of primer once that dries choose a color
and put on light coats till it is evenly covered. After your box is one hundred percent
covered evenly you will want to clear coat it to protect the integrity of your paint
job.
