The City Prosecutor of Quezon City, through the undersigned, accuses

CESAR FERRAREN Y ILAGAN of the crime of ACTS OF LASCIOVIOUSNESS
committed as follows:
That on or about April 2, 2015 at Brgy. Socorro, Quezon City, Metro
Manila, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court the
above-named accused with deliberate intent to satisfy his lust, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously commit an act of lasciviousness on
the person of Ivory Joyce L. Salas, a minor, by kissing her, touching and
playing with her genitalia and by forcing her to hold the formers penis, to the
damage and prejudice of the latter who suffered psychological and emotional
disturbance, anxiety, sleeplessness and humiliation.
