INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
The plan should guide the LEAs use of education technology for the next three
years.

List specific start and end dates (7/1/2016 to 6/30/2019). Provide a brief overview

Summarize the relevant research and describe how it supports the plan's
curricular and professional development goals.
Summarize the plans major curricular and professional development outcomes
that are supported by research.
According the research developing the technology in school is essential. As a school we
have to work on it and spend some time to follow-up the new technology.
Describe and cite the relevant research that supports the plans outcomes.
Learning is important especially recently learning goes with technology, we have to
explain it very well it to our students.
Describe the connection between the research and the plans goals.
To improve students learning and schools need to prepare them to the future. We will do this by
using technology learning and teaching the latest technology to our students.

Describe information gathered from site visits, including best practices.


According the meetings we came up with solution that we have to include all
stakeholders in our meeting and we can find better solution for technology.
CURRICULUM COMPONENT CRITERIA.
The Plan must establish clear goals and realistic strategy for using
telecommunications and information technology to improve education services.

Describe teachers' current access to instructional technology and current use of


digital tools.
1. What technology is currently available to all teachers?\
In our schools we provide laptop per teacher and ipad that they can use better
communication with their students and administrators via e-mail. Also, in class they have
different kind of technological tools that they can explain the subject to the students
easily.
2. How are hardware and software currently being used in classrooms at each
grade level and in each content area?
Our schools provide laptop for each teachers and all laptops are ready to use for teaching.
Important programs are already downloaded in their computers. Also, each class has a
security cameras and smart boards that teacher can use during the lesson. If teacher needs

an application for their class he or she just needs to call it department to install it. Also,
each school has printers to free use for teacher for their assignment.

Describe students' current access to instructional technology and current use of


digital tools. Include a description about the LEA policy, practices, and/or
replacement policy that ensures equitable technology access for all students.
1. Is technology currently available to all students?
Yes, technologies are available for all the students in the district.
2. Do all student groups have equaled and appropriate access to the available
technology?
Yes, all of the students have equal and appropriate access to the available technology. Also, our
district provide chrome book per students, which they can use to check their e-mail and done their
online assignment.

Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for using
technology to improve teaching and learning. Describe how these goals align to
the LEA's curricular goals that are supported by other plans. Describe how the
LEA's budget (LCAP) supports these goals, and whether future funding
proposals or partnerships may be needed for successful implementation.
1-How will technology is used to create more powerful learning experiences to improve
student academic achievement? Goals for technology implementation

In our schools we will be teaching students centered. We will create our goal and teaching style
according to them. We will try to teach them how to use technology and multimedia and
interaction with them. We teach them professionalism in their future life, how can we be more
professional when we do something. Also, we will be showing that resources for technology
usage.
2- Are targets for improvement in student achievement being met?
Yes according the research and depending our data, recently the success rate is going higher. So,
we believe improvement and student achievement has been meet.

Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, to address


Internet Safety and the appropriate and ethical use of technology in the
classroom.
1-How will teachers are trained to deliver Internet safety and ethical use content?
Before semester our district will be providing a internet safety session to theacher and
seminars how to keep our kids safe, and usage ethicalcontent.
2-How and when will teachers and/or librarians help students acquire Internet
safety skills?
On the school boards we will be hanging a internet usage rules. Also, every students and

teacher will have a username and password, if anything goes wrong we can track them
with this password and usernames. Also, every month student will gather in their
meetings room and teachers will be explaining the rules of the internet usage in the
school.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPONENT
The Plan must have a professional development strategy to ensure that staff
understands how to use these new technologies to improve education services
(Answer at least 2 questions for each subsection below)

Summary of the teachers' and administrators' current technology proficiency and


integration skills and needs for professional development.
1-Are administrators able to support teachers with the integration of technology into daily
curriculum?
Yes they are very supportive. Administrators are able to answer any question that they can help
with.
2- Do teachers have the classroom management strategies to work with the amount of
technology actually available in the classrooms?
Yes, teachers have the classroom management strategies to work with the amount of technology
availability.

Describe goals and an implementation plan, with annual activities, for providing
professional development opportunities based on your LEA needs assessment
data and the Curriculum Component of the plan.
1-What professional learning will be available so teachers and administrators can
make informed decisions using data to meet individual student academic needs?
Teaching the students to get to know and to see their own data and we will teach how to
set a goal for their future. To creating a clear vision for the students.
Teacher and administrators will be in touch all the time to take the right decisions.
2-What professional learning will be available so teachers and administrators can
effectively use technology to assist with student assessment?
Whenever students has a question about some stuff for school. E-mailing will be the first
thing to do.
INFRASTRUCTURE, HARDWARE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, SOFTWARE, AND
ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPONENT CRITERIA
The Plan must include an assessment of the telecommunication services,
hardware, software, asset management, and other services that will be needed to
improve education services.

Describe the existing hardware, Internet access, electronic learning resources,


technical support, and asset management already in the LEA that will be used to
support the Curriculum and Professional Development Components of the plan.
1. What technologies are available to facilitate home/school communication
such as email, webpages, and voice mail?
Parents are able to e-mail or if its emergency they can call. Also, for the new updates we
will send a flier to them with their kids. In addition the parent can check the nschool websites for the new updates.
2-What technology access do parents have at home? What technologies do
parents prefer for home/school communication?
Almost all of the parents have a computer or lap-top in their home. They know how to
use it and check school web-site for the new updates.Also, parents check the school
website every time to new follow-ups.
Describe the technology hardware, electronic learning resources, networking and
telecommunications infrastructure, physical plant modifications, technical
support, and asset management needed by the LEA's teachers, students, and
administrators to support the activities in the Curriculum and Professional
Development components of the plan.
1-What technology is needed to implement the Curriculum and Professional
Development components for students and staff?
The needed staff is basic technological devices that every parent can use. I-pad, I-phone
and chrome book essential to use. Daily e-mail check is the other important thing.
2- Can existing equipment be modified to meet certain needs identified in the plan?
Yes, I believe existing equipment modify to meet certain needs identified in the plan.
Monitoring safe internet usage is the other useful plan style.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION COMPONENT
The plan must include an evaluation process that enables the school to monitor
progress toward the specific goals and make mid-course corrections in response
to new developments and opportunities as they arise.

Describe the process for evaluating the plan's overall progress and impact on
teaching and learning.
1-Who will participate in the monitoring and evaluation process?
The process will be monitoring and evaluating by the group of teachers, but decisions
will be made by the stakeholders and administrators.
2-What criteria will be used to measure success (e.g., test scores, student portfolios,
percentage of students attaining grade-level content standards, attendance, dropout
rate, matriculation to college, or full-time employment)?
Criterias will be test scores, accepting the collage percentage and parents satisfaction will be
important too.

Describe the schedule for evaluating the effect of plan implementation, including
a description of the process and frequency of communicating evaluation results
to tech plan stakeholders.
1-How often will data be collected and summarized? Who is responsible?
In this district data will be collected each end of the semester and district management.
District coordinator and his or her team will be responsible about it.
2- How will technology success stories be documented and publicized?
We will make it public by advertising our schools on TV and radio. Also, every school
flier will be carrying our school technology successful students. We will be showing the
success in our school web-site. Also, when parents come to school we will give them our
journals which has our school success.
