Brief Description:
For this assignment I selected the book Its Check-up Time, Elmo! I have chosen the theme of
going to the doctor or somewhere that might be new and scary; I have selected this for a
Kindergarten level.
Rationale:
In this unit I will be using the Indiana Academic Standards to assist in making a lesson plan
around a designated theme. I will make appropriate lesson plans based on my students
competency and prior knowledge.
